Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of the Core Gold subscription service ("Core Gold" or "the Service") provided by Taylor Made Tech, trading as TMT ("we", "us", "our", or "TMT"). TMT is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Account" means your registered TMT user account.
• "Core Gold" means our premium subscription tier providing access to website creation, generation and publishing features.
• "Platform" means the Core website and application at corehive.net and associated services.
• "Free Trial" means the 7-day complimentary access period provided before the first subscription charge.
• "Generated Website" means any website content created using our AI-powered website generation tools.

Your Core Gold subscription includes:

• AI-powered website generation tailored to your business
• Professional website templates optimised for UK businesses
• Website publishing and hosting capabilities
• Ability to edit and regenerate your website content
• Access to industry-specific design elements
• Customer support via email

3.1 Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial for new Core Gold subscribers. During this trial period, you will have access to Core Gold features to explore and create your website without charge.

3.2 Payment Method Verification

When you sign up for the free trial, you will be required to provide valid payment card details.

3.3 Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription

At the end of your free trial:

• If you selected the monthly plan, you will be charged £9.99
• If you selected the annual plan, you will be charged £68.99

We will send you a reminder email before your trial ends with clear instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

3.4 Trial Eligibility

The free trial is available to new subscribers only. Each individual or business is entitled to one free trial. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and refuse trial access if we reasonably believe abuse is occurring.

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.

4.2 Billing Cycle

For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same date each month. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date. If your billing date falls on a day that doesn't exist in a particular month, you'll be billed on the last day of that month.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect. You may cancel before the new price applies. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend your access to Core Gold features until valid payment is received. You will have the opportunity to update your payment details.

4.5 Currency and VAT

All prices are quoted and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable UK rate.

5.1 Your Statutory Cooling-Off Right

If you have used the Service during the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the services you have received before you cancelled.

5.2 How to Cancel During Free Trial

You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged. To cancel:

• Log into your TMT account and navigate to your subscription settings, or
• Email us at support@corehive.net with your account details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel

Cancellation during the free trial is immediate and you will not be charged.

5.3 How to Cancel a Paid Subscription

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy - it should take no more steps than signing up. To cancel:

• Log into your account and go to Subscription Settings, then click "Cancel Subscription", or
• Email support@corehive.net stating you wish to cancel

We will acknowledge your cancellation request in writing within 24 hours.

5.4 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel a paid subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• After your subscription ends, you will lose access to Core Gold features including the ability to publish new websites
• Websites you have already published may be taken offline unless you resubscribe or make alternative arrangements

5.5 Refund Policy

Beyond your statutory cooling-off rights, we do not generally provide refunds for partial subscription periods. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a service issue, please contact us at support@corehive.net and we will review your case fairly.

5.6 Renewal Reminders

In accordance with UK consumer protection requirements, we will send you reminder notices before your subscription automatically renews, particularly before any renewal following your free trial or any annual renewal. These reminders will include clear information about the upcoming charge and how to cancel.

6.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Core Gold. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

6.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

6.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create websites containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

6.4 Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any content, text, images, or other materials you provide to generate your website. You grant us a licence to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you upload.

7.1 Ownership

Subject to your active Core Gold subscription and compliance with these Terms, you own the content of the websites generated for you using our Service. However, certain underlying templates, designs, code, and AI-generated elements remain our property or that of our licensors.

7.2 Publishing and Hosting

Publishing your generated website requires an active Core Gold subscription. If your subscription lapses, published websites may be unpublished. We will provide reasonable notice before taking any website offline.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate website content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing your website.

The TMT Platform, including its design, features, functionality, software, and documentation, is owned by Taylor Made Tech and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as expressly permitted.

9.1 Service Provided "As Is"

While we strive to provide a reliable service, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9.3 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the Service does not meet the standards required by law, you may be entitled to a remedy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property rights and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TMT regarding the Service.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
